Whether it be addressing food intolerances, choosing meal replacements or kick-starting with a short term detox, pursuing a balanced dietary plan tailored to individual needs, preferences, and medical conditions, are the key principles to facilitate weight loss. The likelihood of food sensitivities in individuals who are overweight is strong, if not certain. (3) Testing options via the clinic may assist greatly in tailoring your diet and removing inflammatory foods, taking out the guesswork and improving weight loss results.

Shake It Weight loss program

The Shake-it program works by incorporating meal replacements alongside a tailored eating plan, with optional additional supplementation support to get into ketosis (fat burning).
