  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 cup basil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  1. Add cashew nuts to a food processor and turn them into fine powder.
